Our Village Chateau Member’s Club offers an exceptional setting for private gatherings, open exclusively on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. This outdoor venue is perfect for intimate gatherings, weddings, celebrations, or business events. With seating for up 125 guests, it provides the ideal space for creating cherished memories with loved ones.

Event Rental Information
- Event Types: The Village Chateau Club’s lower level is available for private event rentals, accommodating a wide variety of events, including bridal showers, birthday parties, baby showers, and family reunions.
- Capacity: Tables and chairs are provided for up to 125 guests.
Rental Costs and Hours
- Rental Cost: $300.00 USD per hour.
- Minimum Booking: 3 hours.
- Event Hours: Events may start at 4:00 PM and must end by 12:00 AM, which includes all setup and cleanup time.
- Flexible Hours: On certain days, booking hours are flexible and can be adjusted with host approval.
Food and Beverages
- On-site Bar: A full-service on-site bar offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase.
- Outside Beverages: No outside beverages are permitted[].
- Catering: Guests may bring in their own catered food and specialty items like cakes and desserts, but cooking is not allowed on the premises. Management can provide advice on catering[].
